Tarot Mystic complies with Google Play Developer Program Policy, including the Data Safety requirements, the EU GDPR, the California CCPA, and other applicable regulations.

2. What Data We Collect

Tarot Mystic itself does not request or process personal information such as your name, email, or photos. However, third-party SDKs integrated into the app may automatically collect limited device data for ads and analytics:

Advertising ID (AD ID) – for ad targeting / frequency capping.
Approximate location (derived from IP) – for regional ad delivery & metrics.
Device information (model, OS version, language, screen size).
App usage data (screens viewed, session duration, crash logs).
No sensitive personal data (e.g., date of birth, contacts, microphone, or precise GPS) is collected.

3. How We Use the Data

Delivering and measuring ads (AdMob) – personalised or non-personalised based on your settings.
Aggregated analytics (Firebase Analytics) – to improve stability, performance, and features.

4. Legal Basis & Consent

By installing and using the app you consent to the processing of data as described. EU users see a consent dialog (IAB TCF v2) for personalised ads; if declined, only contextual/non-personalised ads are displayed.

5. Data Sharing

Data is shared only with the following service providers under strict contractual terms:

Google AdMob – advertising SDK
Google Firebase Analytics – analytics SDK

We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Raw event data is retained by Google for up to 14 months (Firebase default) and then aggregated. You may reset the Ad ID or opt out of ads personalisation in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
To request deletion of analytics data linked to your Ad ID, please email us at the address above with your reset Ad ID.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all network traffic. No financial or account-level data is stored by the app. While we take reasonable measures, no internet transmission is 100 % secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

Tarot Mystic is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe such data has been collected, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Permissions

INTERNET – Required to load remote content, ads, and communicate with our AI service.
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID – Access to the Advertising ID (mandatory from Android 13 for ad-supported apps).
The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, or storage permissions.

10. Third-Party Links

The app may display links or embeds to external websites. Clicking those links is at your discretion, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Your Rights
